Consultation Policies

Detailed consultations start at $10 per garment. Quotes on orders expire after 1 week without deposit for garments, unless deadline is otherwise discussed at time of consultation. Custom garments require 50% deposit in advance to begin production. Each consultation comes with a production start date, and expected date of shipment. You will receive an email with confirmation of your quote and details of your order within 12 hours of consultation.

Exchange & Store Credit Policy

We allow exchanges within 7 days after tracking shows delivery of the item. If you wish to exchange your item, a store credit will be issued to purchase same item or any other available on our website. Please be mindful that the item ordered may or may not be available in time of exchange as Inventory stock fluctuates daily. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs during the exchange process. Custom orders are NOT eligible for exchanges.

Shipping Policy

We ship USPS priority only which typically takes 3- 4 business days to arrive. We also offer expedited shipping however, please contact us to inquire about the next day shipping option to ensure the opportunity is available.

Orders must be placed before 12:00 pm EST when requesting next day shipping, in order for the package to arrive the very next day. If your item is not in stock and you have ordered an item on backorder/pre order, please contact us to get an estimated time frame on when your item will be shipped, as they all vary.
